EU Data Residency (December 2023)

Ensuring the Experience API only uses EU endpoints

Our EU Data residency is an enterprise feature that is only available upon request. For more information, please contact us.

Today we are releasing a dedicated EU endpoint for our Experience API, ensuring that only EU data centers are used for processing and storing profile data. On top of that, profile relocations are turned off, meaning that a profile is not relocated to a closer location of the user, therefore making sure that we are keeping profiles within the EU even when the request is sent outside of the EU.

The EU endpoint can be used in conjunction with the global endpoint. Therefore, developers are free to use either endpoint depending on the individual user or use case.

You can read more about the EU Data Residency feature in our full blog post.
