Today we are bringing Ninetailed Insights to our Contentful app, the newest and powerful addition to Ninetailed’s core capabilities. Insights helps you effectively bridge the gap between audience segments, content components, and customer experiences, all intending to optimize personalization and testing strategies to increase revenue generation ultimately.

Audience Insights

This functionality allows for comprehensive tracking of your Audience. It offers insights into the number of users or sessions and enables you to observe the growth and behavioral patterns of your Ninetailed Audiences over time. Audience Insights can be found in any Ninetailed Audience entry within Contentful. For more info, see our documentation.

Component Insights

This is a complementary addition to Audience Insights that provides detailed information about which content component is seen by which Ninetailed Audiences. Insights into view behavior provide an indication of what to personalize and experiment with. Component Insight can be found in any Ninetailed Audience entry within Contentful. To use Component Insights, an SDK update is required. See our changelog for more information.

Experience Insights (formerly Experience Analytics)

Experience Insights tracks the performance of your Experiences based on your goal metrics. Now, it can be accessed directly from any Ninetailed Experience entry in Contentful.
